一材質(zhì)要求：

路沿石石料采用質(zhì)地均勻的天然麻石機(jī)械切削加工而成，石材的強(qiáng)度必須合格，要求其色澤均勻，表面無裂紋，棱角完整，外觀一致，無明顯斑點(diǎn)色差，不允許有風(fēng)化現(xiàn)象，裝卸時(shí)不準(zhǔn)摔砸撞碰，以免造成損傷。

The roadside stone material is made of natural hemp stone with uniform texture by mechanical cutting and processing. The strength of the stone must be qualified, and its color must be uniform, with no cracks on the surface, complete edges and corners, consistent appearance, no obvious spots or color differences. 按統(tǒng)一長度進(jìn)行下料，外露面必須機(jī)切拋光，長度允許誤差在±20mm范圍內(nèi)，寬度厚度高度允許誤差在±2mm范圍內(nèi)。

Cutting should be carried out according to a uniform length, and the exposed surface must be machine cut and polished. The allowable error in length is within ± 20mm, and the allowable error in width, thickness, and height is within ± 2mm.

三施工要求：

路沿石必須掛通線進(jìn)行施工,按側(cè)平面頂面示高標(biāo)線繃緊，按線碼砌側(cè)平石，側(cè)平石要安正，切忌前仰后合，側(cè)面頂線順直圓滑平順，無高低錯(cuò)牙現(xiàn)象，平面無上下錯(cuò)臺內(nèi)外錯(cuò)牙現(xiàn)象。

The roadside stones must be constructed with a hanging line, and the elevation line indicated on the top surface of the side plane should be tightened. The side flat stones should be built according to the line code, and the side flat stones should be upright. It is important to avoid leaning forward and backward. The side top line should be straight, smooth, and smooth, without any high or low misalignment, and there should be no upper or lower misalignment inside or outside the plane.

路沿石必須座漿砌筑，座漿必須密實(shí)，嚴(yán)禁塞縫砌筑。

路沿石接縫處錯(cuò)位不超過1mm；側(cè)石和平石必須在中間均勻錯(cuò)縫。

路沿石側(cè)平石應(yīng)保證尺寸和光潔度滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求，外觀美觀，對彎道部分側(cè)石應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)半徑專門加工彎道石，砌筑時(shí)保證線形流暢圓順拼縫緊密，弧形側(cè)石必須人工精鑿后拋光處理。

路沿石后背應(yīng)還土夯實(shí)，夯實(shí)寬度不小于50mm，厚度不小于15mm。

路沿石勾縫：勾縫時(shí)必須再掛線，把側(cè)石縫內(nèi)的雜物剔除干凈，用水潤濕，然后用1：2.5水泥砂漿灌縫填實(shí)勾干。

側(cè)平石勾縫安砌后適當(dāng)澆水養(yǎng)護(hù)。
